At Newlook Curvy, we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes an item doesn't turn out as expected. That's why we offer the option to exchange or return your purchase.

We recommend that you always carefully consult our size chart before purchasing . This reduces the chance that an item will not be to your liking.

Return Policy

To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be returned in acceptable condition. This means it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unworn, undamaged and unwashed .
  • The item is clean, without stains or heavy wrinkles.
  • All original labels and tags are still attached.

If these conditions are met, Newlook Curvy will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item once in the event of an exchange.

How can I exchange or return an item?

  • You have 30  days after receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request and return the item.
  • Returns can be made in the form of a refund, exchange for a different size, or a credit note for later use.
  • The costs for returning the item are borne by the customer.

If you choose a refund, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used to make the payment. Please note that we do not send a confirmation of receipt. 

Therefore, always keep your track & trace code so you can track the status of your return.
